Getting ready for the HTC Incredible

incredible60015[1]So soon I will have an HTC Incredible from Verizon Wireless(http://phones.verizonwireless.com/htc/incredible/) . Finally a phone upgrade after living in the blackberry world of an 8830 world edition for a year. Don't get me wrong it has been a great phone, but its time for an upgrade. In the mean time i needed to start migrating my outlook contact and calendar somehow to my Gmail account.. Big Problem, normally this is not possible. at least not easily, but thanks to a program called Companion Link (http://www.companionlink.com/) which easily syncs my data from Outlook 2010 to my Gmail account with Photos and everything! Now that that’s done with, I also need to sync my documents to my HTC Incredible or any Android phone with my computer online. I currently use Livemesh (https://www.mesh.com/) to backup and sync my documents not only online but between 3 computers. This program works great!, but does not sync my documents with Google docs nor does it have an Android app at the moment.
syncplicity_logo2[1]For syncing documents with Google Docs Syncplicty (http://syncplicity.com/) should do the trick, not only can it work without disrupting my live mesh configuration, but it provides 2 GB of free space, can not only be used to sync files between 2 computers, but Syncs my documents automatically with Google Docs!!! Sweet!!! NOTE: I tried to sync my docs with Google docs, but does not seem to be working. if it works for you please let me know.
Dropbox_logo[1] After no success in syncing my documents with Google Docs I am currently now playing around with Dropbox to sync my documents between my computer and my HTC Incredible (android phone) (when i get it). Dropbox has a beta version of its app for those of you that which to try it now. (Links below)
otterboxlogo[2] In the mean time I am also waiting for OtterBox (http://www.otterbox.com/)  to come out with a case for the HTC Incredible. Why an Otterbox you ask? well its the only case I know of that will protect phones from drops, scratched even water (some models).
htc-logo-motion-blur[1] Today Sunday April 25th found out that HTC has a desktop application for syncing contacts and calendar events using HTC Sync (HTC SYNC ) free app by HTC to sync up your HTC Incredible or any android phone. (SCREENSHOT)
